Your psychiatrist already knows how last month went.
Answer a few short questions each week. AI pulls out what changed, and a licensed psychiatrist reads it before your video visit.

How it works
From weekly check-in to video visit
Check in each week
You answer a few short questions from standard questionnaires.
AI pulls out what changed
Your psychiatrist gets a summary along with your original answers. Worrying answers get flagged for a person to review.
Meet by video
Your psychiatrist has already seen the bad week, so you can spend the visit on what to adjust.
How we use AI
It does the paperwork. Your psychiatrist makes every medical decision.
| Part of your care | The AI | Your psychiatrist |
|---|---|---|
| Check-ins | Sends standard questionnaires and summarises what changed since your last visit. | Reads the summary and your original answers before you meet. |
| Diagnosis | Nothing. | Evaluates you and makes the diagnosis. |
| Medication | Lays out your past doses and the side effects you reported. It never chooses or changes a prescription. | Decides with you what to prescribe, adjust, or stop. |
| Visit notes | Drafts a note from your visit, only if you agree to it. | Corrects and signs every note. Nothing enters your record unreviewed. |
| Safety concerns | Flags worrying answers for a person to review, and shows you crisis resources straight away. | The clinical team follows up. Nobody watches check-ins live, so in an emergency call 112. |

Prices shown in euros. Whether insurance or public health cover pays for visits depends on your country.
Will I talk to a chatbot instead of a doctor?
No. Every evaluation and follow-up visit is with a licensed psychiatrist, live on video. The AI works in the background and doesn't give you therapy or medical advice.
Can I say no to AI?
Yes. You can turn off AI summaries and note drafting at any time and keep the same psychiatrist.
Who can see my answers?
Your care team. We don't sell your health information or use it for advertising, and we won't use it to train AI models without your separate written permission.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes, when your psychiatrist decides it's right for you. Stimulants and other controlled medications have extra national rules, and these can affect what can be prescribed by video.
Will insurance cover it?
It depends on your country. We'll share any insurance or reimbursement options for your country, so you can decide before booking anything.
Where are you available?
Rules for video psychiatry differ from country to country, so availability depends on where you live. Tell us your country when you request the demo.

Enter your email and country and we'll send you the demo. We'll only use your email for that.
Signing up doesn't make you a patient. If you need help right away, call your doctor or find your national crisis line at findahelpline.com. Please don't send us health details here.
